I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Lviv. I am so grateful that I found this place. The instructors are supportive and patient, and they create a welcoming environment for beginners like myself. The classes are challenging but also accessible, which has helped me progress at my own pace. I can't recommend this centre enough!
