I had a mixed experience with New Horizon Properti...

I had a mixed experience with New Horizon Properties LLC. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and always addressed my concerns in a professional manner. On the other hand, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the quality of their properties. I found some maintenance issues that needed to be fixed, and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
