Fraud! They dont return payment for returned items.

I have purchased several hats from this company. As a loyal customer I was I have a bad taste in my mouth after experiencing a returned hat I was never refunded for. I emailed customer service multiple times and I only got one email back from a women named Laurie saying they will return my payment and never done so. I was extremely patient but it has been a few months. This is fraud and I’m extremely disappointed how they handled this situation. All I wanted was a returned payment for returned a hat that was the wrong size. So beware!!!
