SP&F Gaming is a publishing company, but more importantly it is a way to connect developers, writers, and artists from around the world. Their platform gives a person with an idea for a game the ability to find like-minded individuals, as well as talent to develop their project. Producers can post projects they need done on their platform. Anyone in the community can submit a sample or completed project to the producer. When the producer accepts the work the artist/designer receives a predetermined award. The award can be either cash compensation or a percentage of the profit earned from the project; giving the producer an opportunity to pick the best person for all jobs without risking their own capital on a game. SP&F does not dictate what can or cannot be in a game, eliminating the creative restrictions most developers must deal with. They give the developers freedom and the ability to connect with a diverse talent pool and publish their projects.
