CD Projekt RED started developing AAA games back in 2002. The studio received worldwide recognition thanks to its bestselling RPG brand “The Witcher”. The first installment of the series hit the shelves in 2007 and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings had its premiere in May 2011. In April 2012 this game was released for Xbox 360, as the Enhanced Edition. Both games developed by CD Projekt RED received prestigious awards and are praised by both critics and gamers. The studio works currently on two AAA titles: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 CD Projekt RED is based in Warsaw (Poland) and employs a creative and international team of specialists from different fields: from programmers, animation and graphic designers to its own marketing team.
