Founded in 1993 by the entrepreneur Primo Tortini, owner and sole partner, Cosmoproject is today a point of reference for the main brands in the cosmetics and private label sector . The Research & Development Laboratory deals with the conception and design of innovative formulas in the field of skin care, make-up and medical devices, while each project is tested and evaluated in terms of efficacy, functionality and sensoriality in the new Applied Cosmetics Laboratory , and in terms of safety in the Microbiology Laboratory , all within the company.
