I had a mixed experience with Jtm group, inc. Overall, their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their products. However, the customer support was not very responsive and it took a while to get a reply to my inquiries. The quality of their products was decent, but nothing extraordinary. I expected a better experience considering the reputation of the company. It was an okay experience.
