I recently booked a vacation with Thomas Cook and I was pleased with their services. The company provided a well-organized itinerary and the tour guides were knowledgeable. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the lack of variety in the meals provided. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider using Thomas Cook again in the future.
