I recently joined Stradcom Corporation and I can say that my experience so far has been below my expectations. The work culture is average, but it lacks the supportive and inclusive environment that I was looking for. The management team needs improvement in terms of communication and employee recognition. The work-life balance is reasonable, but there is room for enhancement. Overall, I am hoping to see positive changes in the future.
