J'ai acheté un matelas ondulé et je l'ai pris chez mes parents pour découvrir que le matelas avait un petit trou d'épingle après l'avoir utilisé une nuit.
J'ai appelé la succursale pour leur en parler et ils ont accepté de le remplacer.
Le lendemain, la personne à qui j'ai acheté le matelas pour le passé, c'était ma sœur.
Je n'ai pas eu la chance de reprendre les raisons du matelas étant les arrangements funéraires et autres choses à régler.
Deux semaines après, j'ai renvoyé le matelas pour échange et on m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le faire car c'était il y a deux semaines.
Je suis désolé pour votre perte, mais je ne peux rien faire pour vous.
Le pire service jamais.

J'ai été doté d'une chaise go go par l'organisation pour laquelle j'avais travaillé auparavant, en février de cette année. Le fauteuil avait cessé de fonctionner et un technicien a été envoyé pour le vérifier. il a fait une vérification approfondie et s'est rendu compte que les batteries ne se chargeaient pas, c'était le 24 juin. Il a également pris le chargeur pour le vérifier.
Le 7 juillet, les nouvelles batteries ont été retournées, montées et complètement chargées, mais le chargeur n'a pas été retourné. Le service biométrique en a été informé. On m'a dit qu'il avait été donné à un autre client par erreur et qu'il serait récupéré et renvoyé à moi. On m'a de nouveau informé qu'il avait été laissé par un parent et qu'il serait amené pour moi, puis on m'a de nouveau dit que le technicien n'avait pas de moyen de transport, encore une fois, qu'il l'avait et qu'il serait envoyé à la succursale de Gulf City, donc Je peux envoyer quelqu'un le chercher le samedi 26 juillet.
Jusqu'ici RIEN, aujourd'hui c'est le 29 et toujours rien. Que veux-tu vraiment que je fasse maintenant? Vous attendez une autre excuse? Eh bien, j'attends toujours et la chaise se redescend. Je compte sur lui pour la mobilité. Vous me dites ce qui va suivre après 5 semaines avant la 6ème semaine. J'attend votre réponse .
