Absolument le pire. L'aide du «quart de nuit» était censée être dans la chambre des mamans pour la soigner, mais à la place, la mère est tombée du lit et a eu besoin d'une assistance pour le 911. Leur réponse a été que «c'était un incident malheureux» - ne faites pas confiance à cette agence pour les soins de vos proches. L'aide «étirait ses jambes»? Vraiment - c'est pourquoi la télé dans une autre pièce était sur une chaîne différente de celle que j'avais laissée dessus - elle n'était même pas dans la chambre avec maman. J'écrirai des critiques sur chaque site Web dans cet état entier si je peux empêcher juste un "incident malheureux".

Ne pas faire confiance. Après avoir signé l'accord et dit que tout était mis en place, on m'a dit 3 jours avant que ma femme ne rentre à la maison, ils n'avaient personne. Le directeur qui a fait des promesses n'a même pas eu la courtoisie d'appeler et de s'excuser. Je ne recommanderais jamais cette entreprise.

Cette société a quelques problèmes. Premièrement, un compagnon différent a été envoyé chez les membres de ma famille malgré la demande et l'assurance qu'une personne cohérente soit envoyée chaque semaine. Deuxièmement, pendant la crise de Coviod, j'ai demandé au coordonnateur des soins et au coordonnateur des horaires de mettre le fournisseur de soins en attente pour limiter les contacts que mon membre de famille âgé de 86 ans avait avec des personnes extérieures. Cependant, un compagnon s'est encore présenté et a été laissé entrer par mon parent confus, mettant ainsi sa santé en danger. Je ne recommanderais jamais cette entreprise car ils n'ont clairement aucune idée de la façon dont une entreprise de soins de santé devrait être gérée.
