J'ai récemment acheté un pantalon que j'ai recherché. Quand ils sont arrivés, ils avaient un peu d'encre sur eux à partir de l'étiquette (quelque chose que j'ai vu se produire des milliers de fois en travaillant dans la vente au détail!)
J'ai informé le propriétaire et en quelques minutes, j'ai reçu une réponse d'un associé du magasin m'informant que le propriétaire serait en contact le lendemain. Eh bien, je me suis réveillé avec un remboursement complet! C'était totalement inutile mais Dana, la propriétaire, a insisté.
Je travaille pour un grand détaillant connu pour son service et même j'ai été impressionné! Dana sait ce qu'elle fait et plus d'entreprises devraient suivre son exemple! Je ne taris pas d'éloges sur mon expérience!
