Lorsque j'ai signé pour la première fois mon contrat d'utilisation d'API en tant que photographe de mariage, j'ai travaillé avec Shana et Vanessa. Les deux ont été patients pendant que je travaillais avec le package que je voulais (je recommande leur package Rome), et ils ont rapidement corrigé les quelques erreurs sur mon contrat pour s'assurer qu'il était sans erreur. Ensuite, j'ai reçu un questionnaire concernant toutes les photos que je voulais. J'étais assez précis avec ce que je voulais, et Shana et Vanessa, comme toujours, ont gentiment répondu: "Pas de problème!" Effectivement, mes photographes ont capturé tous les moments que j'attendais le plus. Le jour du mariage, je me sentais incroyablement stressé (bien sûr), et j'avais en tête qu'il n'y avait AUCUNE façon que nous ayons assez de temps pour les photos. J'ai demandé à Vanessa de m'appeler, et elle l'a fait rapidement. Elle m'a assuré que tout irait bien et qu'il y aurait BEAUCOUP de temps pour les photos. Encore une fois, elle avait raison. :) Will et Katie, mes deux photographes jour de (ce que, d'ailleurs, je recommande fortement deux photographes. J'ai tellement plus de photos à cause de cela !!), étaient tellement incroyables. Ils ont été patients, ce qui était important pour moi, car j'ai des grands-parents âgés qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer rapidement pour prendre des photos. Ils étaient également patients avec mon mariage en général; notre mariage, en particulier les garçons d'honneur de mon mari, étaient plutôt ... tapageurs ... Will et Katie ne semblaient pas s'en soucier. Ils sont restés professionnels et ont terminé le travail. Will et Katie ont travaillé toute la nuit, prenant des photos du meilleur jour de notre vie, sans se plaindre. Après le mariage, l'API m'a tenu au courant du moment où je recevrais mes photos et m'a même envoyé quelques photos pour me retenir. Cette entreprise a été incroyable de travailler avec, et surtout, mes photos sont sorties MAGNIFIQUES. J'ai passé des HEURES à passer au crible les plus de 1000 clichés qui m'ont été envoyés. J'ai même demandé que deux photos soient retouchées sans filtre, et encore une fois, sans plainte, les photos m'ont été envoyées quelques jours plus tard. C'est sans aucune hésitation que je recommande l'API pour tous les besoins en photo. Merci, API !!
