J'ai commandé un fauteuil élévateur. Appelé deux fois avant que quelqu'un ne me rappelle. Une fois sur place, le personnel était sympathique / compétent mais leur "immense" salle d'exposition est minuscule. Ma chaise a dû être commandée, la livraison prévue est arrivée et est passée et quand j'ai appelé, on m'a dit encore 4 semaines parce que la couleur du tissu n'était pas en stock. Si quelqu'un m'avait appelé pour m'informer que j'aurais changé de couleur, mais personne n'a pris la peine de me le dire. Livraison / mise en place des gars très rapides et gentils. C'est maintenant 2,5 mois plus tard et la chaise est tordue. Appelé à nouveau et reçu la messagerie vocale. C'était hier matin, c'est maintenant l'après-midi tardif du lendemain. J'appellerai à nouveau.
Mettra à jour avec les résultats. Ça ne devrait pas être si difficile. Leur étiquette téléphonique a besoin de travail. Pour le moment, je ne les recommande PAS.
12/9/19 Je n'ai pas été informé que le président serait en retard jusqu'à 3 jours avant son arrivée et c'est parce que j'ai appelé: je n'ai rien entendu de votre bureau. En ce qui concerne les rendez-vous à venir, les appels de service à 84 $ sont un peu ridicules! Je n'achèterais plus jamais de toi.
Ma mère a un fauteuil roulant ici. Gentilles personnes. Beaucoup de choix.
