Ils viennent de m'envoyer une lettre via la poste américaine me disant qu'ils étaient à la retraite et qu'ils n'étaient plus en affaires! La lettre disait que j'étais seule et bonne chance. J'ai fait l'investissement avec deux autres partenaires et ACEH en détenait 51%. La valeur brute des terres est maintenant presque nulle. C'était aussi dans un SEP IRA et je vais devoir des impôts. Ils sont les pires pires pires !!

Ce n'est pas un bon investissement foncier, ils m'ont fait acheter un terrain dans un IRA en parlant d'économies d'impôts, mais je dois payer un impôt par an et je ne peux pas annuler les impôts parce que c'est à l'intérieur de l'IRA et jusqu'à présent, ma terre perd de la valeur et je gaspille de l'argent sans aucun avantage fiscal pour avoir la terre. Ils sont également pauvres sur les e-mails de suivi et la communication

Il y a plus de 10 ans, plusieurs amis ont acheté un terrain directement de cette société et aucun d'entre eux n'a pu vendre avec succès une propriété avec des bénéfices. En outre, ils doivent payer des impôts fonciers chaque année et dépenser de l'argent pour nettoyer leurs terrains vacants.
