A quitté l'entreprise de soins il y a environ 4 ans maintenant, alors gardez à l'esprit qu'ils ont peut-être changé les pratiques de manière significative pour le mieux, je ne peux que donner mon expérience de l'époque. Un travailleur de soutien m'a laissé une partie de mes médicaments dans un café, erreur compréhensible à faire, mais de toute évidence, je l'ai signalé comme un problème car quelqu'un aurait pu le prendre, ce qui n'était pas moi. La dame de la direction à qui j'en ai parlé à l'époque a dit que parce que j'avais des problèmes de mémoire, elle ne pensait pas que j'étais fiable. J'ai des problèmes de mémoire mais je ne suis pas un menteur. Et c'est sûrement plus une raison pour me protéger, lol. J'ai eu beaucoup d'autres problèmes, de nombreux membres du personnel de soutien étaient très gentils, d'autres non, mais ce n'est malheureusement que normal dans les soins. Certains des travailleurs de soutien sont des anges, mais la direction n'a pas été proactive pour traiter les problèmes, même graves.
