Le technicien a appelé malade et n'a pu reporter que cinq jours plus tard, sachant que nous avions un enfant de 2 et 3 ans exposé à l'environnement froid de la maison. De plus, je ne pensais pas que cette entreprise avait bien informé le consommateur tout au long du processus du coût associé à la réparation, y compris le fait que le temps associé à la conduite jusqu'à la maison était considéré comme du «travail», ce qui coûtait une heure de travail. ou 125 $. De plus, lorsque j'ai appelé pour exprimer mes préoccupations, le représentant commercial, Steven, a agi de manière extrêmement condescendante et a fait des suppositions erronées.

La climatisation de notre bureau est sortie hier par une journée particulièrement chaude de juillet.
