Nous sommes client d'Agaphone depuis septembre, nous sommes très satisfaits de leurs services. Nous avons gagné grâce à eux quelques clients car ils nous fournissent une hotline régulière (de 7h à 22h) et nous pouvons nous concentrer sur notre cœur de métier.

Le service est très bon! très qualitatif.

par contre, je n'ai pas apprécié que mon forfait 2019 soit à plus de 500e / m et que personne d'agaphone ne m'ait contacté pour me prévenir que je consommais presque ... 300e / mois, une économie que j'aurais pu faire importante .

cependant, pour 2020, j'ai changé mon forfait mensuel à 150e / m et agaphone me contacte pour me recommander d'augmenter mon forfait car ma consommation est supérieure à mon forfait ....
que pensez-vous de cette .. situation rentable pour qui?
