J'étais agent de production là-bas, donc en tant qu'officier de production (2017-2019), je dois travailler par équipes A (7-3), B (3-11), C (11-7). la charge de travail est si élevée. vous devez travailler en équipe, mais il est de votre responsabilité d'être là jusqu'à ce que votre relève peut durer 16 ou 18 heures. (Mais sa vérité pour toutes les usines de fabrication PAS UNE MAUVAISE CHOSE EN CAS D'AHLCON)

Il existe un système et des règles pour exécuter chaque tâche.
Ils offrent un service de bus gratuit et seulement 9 rs par repas (il n'y a pas de nourriture dans l'équipe de nuit mais 3 thé fournis). Le repas est de bonne qualité quand j'étais là-bas, ils comprennent 2 légumes + caillé + salade + papad + roti + riz + bonbons lors d'occasions spéciales. (décalage A et B)
Un excellent environnement de travail et la stabilité de l'emploi sont excellents.

Enfin, si je dis en tant qu'organisation, si vous optez pour un agent de production ou un agent d'assurance qualité, vous ne ferez face à aucun équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée (tout est correct, y compris 35 jours de congé annuel, 30 jours de congé d'accueil et tout).
Mais si vous optez pour d'autres services tels que les affaires réglementaires, les achats, la maintenance, l'informatique, les documents d'assurance qualité, c'est un endroit idéal pour travailler.
Enfin, c'est une demande de bien vouloir poster un avis honnête sur l'organisation avec laquelle vous travaillez, cela peut aider quelqu'un.
