Ces gens sont très malhonnêtes. J'ai payé mon premier appel de service cod. Les capitaines de l'air ont dit qu'ils appelleraient avec le prix des travaux après m'avoir laissé avec une liste de réparations sur un système qui avait été nouvellement installé 5 ans plus tôt par une entreprise différente. Cela semblait suspect sur la quantité de choses qui pourraient ne pas fonctionner sur un nouveau système. J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises pendant 2 mois et personne ne voulait me donner le prix. Je leur ai finalement dit de ne pas s'embêter car cela prend tellement de temps. Un an plus tard, de nulle part, ils essaient de refacturer cet appel de service. Même s'ils étaient payés au moment de l'appel de service pour l'évaluation initiale de l'emploi, ils continuent d'essayer d'être payés en double. J'aurais aimé qu'ils aient été aussi désireux de me donner un prix pour le travail. Éloignez-vous de ces gens très malhonnêtes !

Support technique, commercial et d'archivage vraiment médiocre. Leurs réponses n'étaient pas utiles pour moderniser leurs anciens moteurs de ventilateur. Leurs réponses étaient grossières et non professionnelles. C'est assez malheureux de voir une entreprise avec beaucoup d'histoire être incapable d'aider.
