Nous avons réservé 4 vélos directement dans l'agence Alianthos à Plakias. Nous sommes allés à l'agence nous-mêmes presque une semaine à l'avance, avons fait copier nos permis de conduire et payé une avance sur les frais de location.
Le jour convenu, nous sommes allés chercher les vélos, mais on nous a dit qu'ils n'avaient tout simplement pas les vélos que nous avions réservés. Ils nous ont donné beaucoup d'excuses, mais aucune vraie raison et au final nous avons dû partir sans vélos (l'avance a été remboursée).
Service horrible! Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir donner 0 étoiles.
Heureusement, Arkadi Rental à Rethymno nous a très bien aidés.
Vous avez une voiture plus petite et un prix erroné! Malgré des campagnes publicitaires sur Internet et des calculs erronés. Aucune réponse à la réclamation par e-mail. Reste juste assis.
