Je ferais moins si je pouvais. Après s'être fait dire à plusieurs reprises que nous ne sommes pas intéressés, ils continuent d'appeler nos sites et harcelent les employés pour les numéros de téléphone du propriétaire. Quiconque recherche des produits pour son entreprise devrait chercher ailleurs.

Lorsque j'ai créé mon compte, j'ai dit à mon représentant commercial que je devais appeler avant qu'une de mes commandes ne soit expédiée car je paye par carte de crédit ou contre remboursement. J'ai été facturé 1 280 $ pour une caisse de cartes sans ma permission. Ils ont mis ma carte de crédit de la limite et mis mon compte bancaire dans le négatif. Le vendeur et la secrétaire de bureau ne comprenaient pas ce que faisaient les uns les autres. J'ai parlé avec le directeur des ventes Chris et il m'a dit qu'il devait faire face à des clowns comme nous tout le temps. Excellent moyen de traiter un client. Je n'achèterai plus jamais chez eux.
