EXTRÊMEMENT RUDE au téléphone quand j'ai essayé de signaler une camionnette garée devant la maison de mes voisins dans leur espace pour personnes handicapées.

Leurs fourgons jetés dans un parking pour handicapés avec leurs alarmes en marche depuis longtemps, le conducteur n'est pas intéressé! Rang Alliance Health Care, ils étaient encore moins intéressés!

J'ai postulé pour un rôle de conducteur au dépôt de Chessington, et j'ai été invité pour une évaluation de conduite, par l'évaluateur de conducteur (Teresa Sandys)

En faisant le trajet de 28 milles pour l'évaluation, je reçois un appel très très tard d'un collègue de Teresa, m'informant que l'évaluation a été annulée et ils seraient en contact.

Des mois se sont écoulés depuis, et bien que j'aie envoyé un e-mail à Teresa pour savoir quand aura lieu la prochaine évaluation de conduite, ou même si je suis toujours considérée pour le rôle, malheureusement, je n'ai eu aucune réponse.

Je pense que c'est un comportement non professionnel de Teresa et de l'entreprise.

Le pire service client de tous les temps. Si mon personnel parlait aux clients comme nous, je les renvoyais sur place. Tellement impoli et refusant de me mettre en relation avec un manager. Cette femme jackie est une perte de temps totale. Aucune compétence humaine que ce soit. Comment elle a obtenu un emploi là-bas ou ailleurs est incroyable. La plainte a été envoyée au PDG. Comportement choquant! Aucune étoile méritée.
