Je me suis réveillé avec deux de mes dents ébréchées. En supposant que c'était de l'intubation trachéale.

Je ne peux contacter personne depuis ce COVID-19 B.S. Je ne peux amener personne à en rendre compte, c'est un comportement dégoûtant.

Le Dr Wallace a été gentil et compréhensif tout au long de mon expérience et incroyablement doux lors de l'insertion de mon IV (après des tentatives infructueuses du personnel infirmier). Il m'a aidé à me sentir à l'aise pendant une période vraiment triste et stressante. De plus, il a reconnu pourquoi j'étais à l'hôpital d'une manière si sympathique et humanisante. C'était il y a plus de deux ans et sa compassion et ses soins ne seront jamais oubliés. Merci, Dr Wallace!

Plusieurs retards de facturation... Il a fallu un mois et plusieurs appels téléphoniques pour les régler. Cela aurait dû être résolu dans les jours suivant la chirurgie - mais a pris un mois et plusieurs appels - pour demander les mêmes informations ...
Frustrant ... Nous leur avons recommandé de mettre en place quelque chose pour résoudre ce problème - même s'ils subissent des changements logiciels ...
Problème sans rapport - il a fallu 3 semaines pour que la douleur de la gorge se résorbe après la chirurgie - pas ma première chirurgie - mais de loin le problème d'anesthésie le plus difficile - Pendant plus de 2 semaines, je pouvais à peine avaler.
