Je suis l'un des rares propriétaires originaux des Lofts de la rue L, c'est le meilleur emplacement du centre-ville de Sacramento, proche et pratique de tout. Mieux que le Sawyer extraordinairement SUR-PRIX. Mon unité est meilleure tête et épaules que le nouveau Sawyer, plafonds de 20 pieds et 4 places de stationnement à la rue L. Oui, nous n'avons pas toutes les commodités comme le service de chambre, mais il n'y a rien de vraiment proche et accessible au Sawyer. Il y a une unité qui mesure 3300 pieds carrés et coûte 4,1 mm sur laquelle j'avais initialement mis un dépôt, mais j'ai décidé de ne pas le faire quand ils m'ont donné le prix final de 4,1 mm à 1232 le pied carré. Pardonnez-moi, ce n'est pas la SF ou LA, le plus jamais vendu au centre-ville de Sacramento est d'environ 600 par pied. Le HOA pour cette unité est de 4K par mois, mon HOA est de 1100 pour mes 3600 pieds carrés. Ne vous méprenez pas, le Sawyer est agréable et les équipements sont bons, mais le prix et l'emplacement ne sont pas à la hauteur. Juste dire.
