Il est dommage que l'après-vente ne soit pas très perceptible à la connaissance des faits. Jusqu'à 2 fois, des réparateurs ont échoué, j'ai donc dû résoudre le problème moi-même. Je sais que certains veulent bien dire, mais penser avec le client est difficile.

Très mauvais rapport qualité / prix, les vendeurs savent toujours bien vendre. Alors comparez bien à l'avance avec d'autres entreprises!

C'est une entreprise qui n'a aucune compréhension pour ses clients. Même pendant la crise du c0r0na, ils ne réfléchissent en aucun cas avec des clients qui éprouvent des difficultés temporaires. Le grand avantage est que chaque crise prendra fin :-). Après quoi, il est logiquement temps de dire au revoir à ces extrémistes antipathiques.

Ceci avec un slogan tel que Advice, Attention & Attend indique exactement ce qui manque.

Bref, ne pas faire affaire avec ces gens et pas du tout pendant une crise.
