La meilleure distillerie de la ville est la plus petite. Chaque esprit de la dégustation était bien équilibré et élégant. Le brandy, le single malt et le rhum ont été les points forts pour moi. Je vous recommande vivement de chasser cet endroit et de faire une visite.

Achetez local! Cette distillerie d'absinthe et de gin trouée est difficile à trouver et manque de signalisation (cherchez l'Art Egg Studio), mais vaut le détour. Le propriétaire vous guidera tout au long de son processus et vous pourrez ensuite déguster le gin et l'absinthe. Mon mari et moi avons particulièrement apprécié son gin vieilli en fût et son absinthe rouge.

Vaut vraiment le détour. Très pratique, la distillerie et le propriétaire ont vraiment créé des spiritueux bien équilibrés qui mettent en valeur son travail acharné pour mettre sur le marché des mélanges artisanaux de qualité.

Euphrosine # 9, est disponible en deux variantes, traditionnelle et vieillie en barrique. Cette dernière était vraiment douce comme de la soie chargée de complexité et de richesse. Très buvable et raffiné. Plaisirs du palais à coup sûr.



Prenez le pont de Broad Avenue, la première bretelle à droite est Earhart Blvd, puis rapidement à droite sur Dupre St, puis immédiatement à droite sur Euphrosine St, de renommée éponyme du gin. Si vous êtes sous un viaduc en train de regarder un endroit Egg, en vous demandant où sur TERRE votre voyage vous a conduit, ne craignez rien. Vous êtes au bon endroit!
