Le mari pour la troisième fois était là depuis une semaine. La première fois a été renvoyée à la maison encore dans la douleur, je ne sais pas ce qui ne va pas. La troisième fois, assis dehors dans la voiture, il faisait froid pendant plus de deux heures en raison de leur politique d'interdiction de visiteurs, on leur a dit qu'ils informeraient le personnel que j'étais là et que l'attente n'était jamais appelée ni mise au courant de ce qui se passait. Le personnel et le gardien de sécurité étaient très irrespectueux et impolis

Mon fils a eu une fièvre et une toux terribles. Ils étaient gentils mais n'ont rien fait pour lui donner de l'ibuprofène et nous ont renvoyés chez nous. À peine vérifié. Maintenant, il se plaint d'avoir mal à l'oreille et nous retournons ailleurs. De plus, mon fiancé a dû y aller pour avoir été extrêmement malade il y a quelques mois et le positionnement de la nourriture revendiqué ... elle n'avait rien mangé depuis plus de 12 heures. Terrible.

Personne n'aime se retrouver aux urgences tard un mercredi soir et étant de l'extérieur de la ville, nous ne savions pas trop où aller. Malgré ce qui semblait être une maison assez pleine, le personnel a pris grand soin de nous. De l'inscription aux soins infirmiers, en passant par la technologie des urgences, la radiologie (rayons X et CT), la technologie de laboratoire et le DO, tout le monde était gentil et solidaire. Les tests et les résultats ont été effectués de manière efficace et nous avons été tenus informés. Un grand merci au quart de nuit d'hier soir!

Nous avons attendu 20 minutes dans la salle d'attente avant de venir chercher mon mari qui a été doublé de douleur. Ensuite, nous avons passé 7 heures là-bas juste pour être renvoyés chez nous sans diagnostic. Tout ce que nous avons, c'est qu'il a peut-être un virus ou quelque chose comme ça.

Le médecin urgentiste, Justus, portait son masque sous le nez.
