J'ai un vol pour Barcelone aujourd'hui et j'ai essayé de faire la vérification un jour avant comme je le fais habituellement, mais le champ du numéro de document était proche et je ne pouvais pas inclure mon numéro, puis je suis venu à l'aéroport pour faire la vérification et je doivent payer 55 euros. Mais quand j'ai réalisé que le site Web ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai envoyé un message à l'entreprise par Facebook, sur chatbot et j'ai essayé d'appeler, MAIS PERSONNE N'A RÉPONDU.

J'ai une mauvaise expérience et ce n'est pas la première fois.
Nous avons eu un problème avec notre vol, donc nous nous demandons d'aller au point de service Aviaserve, le réceptionniste était le premier au téléphone, il nous a donc fait attendre 5 minutes et nous ignorer. Alors je n'ai pas essayé de nous aider ou de comprendre notre situation! Très désagréable!
