Service très médiocre. Se présentant comme intéressé et enthousiaste avec un poste vacant idéal pour vous. Une fois que vous les avez visités, ils pensent qu'ils vous ont et vous n'aurez plus de nouvelles d'eux pendant un mois. Lorsqu'ils ont finalement organisé une demande pour vous, ils oublient de vous envoyer une confirmation ainsi qu'à l'entreprise, ce qui signifie qu'ils ne vous attendront pas du tout lorsque vous viendrez pour votre demande «prévue». Néanmoins, j'ai été invité au deuxième tour, la veille de cet entretien, Bast a annulé l'entretien avec l'employeur sans me consulter. La raison invoquée par Bast était qu'ils ne me trouvaient pas assez sérieux (je n'avais pas pratiqué un test de QI alors qu'ils pensaient apparemment que c'était obligatoire). Ceci pendant que j'étais invité par l'entreprise pour une deuxième interview.

En résumé, ils sont bâclés et sabotent vos applications s'ils le souhaitent alors que l'entreprise s'intéresse à vous. Je ne serais pas d'accord avec cela et découragerait fortement quiconque. Il n'y a aucune valeur ajoutée à répondre vous-même aux offres d'emploi. (Ils n'ont pas non plus de postes vacants exclusifs qui sont simplement en ligne sur linkdin).

J'ai postulé pour un emploi via Orion et le recruteur m'invitait à son bureau pour une discussion plus détaillée. J'étais tellement enthousiaste que j'ai accepté de venir. Mais je ne devrais pas. J'ai dépensé mon temps et mon argent pour m'y rendre pour une conversation que nous pourrions faire au téléphone. Je ne suis jamais allé chez l'employeur pour une entrevue parce qu'apparemment, elle a été annulée. J'ai découvert cela parce que c'est moi qui ai envoyé un e-mail à mon recruteur. Il a ensuite promis d'organiser un entretien avec une autre entreprise et depuis je n'ai plus entendu parler de lui.

Agréable de travailler avec. Ils examinent attentivement ce qui correspond à vos ambitions et travaillent avec d'excellents clients dans de bonnes conditions. De plus, il y avait de bons contacts avec les recruteurs et les chefs d'entreprise au sein de l'organisation. Même maintenant que j'ai commencé chez le client, j'ai régulièrement de bons contacts personnels avec mon chef d'entreprise. Je suis également très content de mon nouveau poste!
