Elle n'a proposé aucune négociation ou solution telle que l'utilisation de la même valeur pour d'autres produits pour remédier au problème. Elle avait des compétences choquantes en matière de service à la clientèle et était embarrassante lorsque d'autres membres du personnel écoutaient cela.
