I recently used their services for some maintenance on my equipment. The website was user-friendly, and I easily found the information I needed. The customer service was prompt in responding to my inquiries, and the staff was professional and knowledgeable. However, the wait time for the service was longer than expected, and the pricing was a bit higher than I had anticipated. Overall, the experience was just average. The quality of the work was good, but the wait time and pricing could have been improved. I would consider using them again, but I hope they can work on their turnaround time and pricing to better align with customer expectations. 😐
