Rien de ce qu'ils installent ne fonctionne, les choses tombent en panne moins d'un mois et la moitié des applications ne fonctionnent pas, puis il leur faut un mois de plus pour sortir. Ils entrent et sortent de chez nous pour des installations depuis six mois maintenant, et ce n'est toujours pas fini. (Livit, le technicien est incroyable et fournit un excellent service client, mais le bureau principal est nul).

Cette entreprise a besoin d'un contact d'urgence 24h/24.

Lorsque la batterie s'éteint dans leur système, votre alarme ne fonctionnera pas. Il s'éteint tous les 1 à 2 ans et j'ai acheté la même batterie de la batterie Interstate pour la remplacer, elle ne fonctionne toujours pas. Je suppose qu'ils installent des batteries à faible coût afin de pouvoir vous recharger davantage pour remplacer les batteries.
