Nous avons été engagés par KPRS pour faire les fenêtres sur le travail du centre civique 14 de Meta Housings à Oakland, en Californie. Cet emploi est un projet de logement à faible revenu et le méta-logement bénéficie de nombreux crédits d'impôt pour faire le travail. Nous avons terminé nos travaux sur le projet le 21 novembre 2017. Nous avons soumis la facturation le 18 décembre 2017 pour le paiement dû et payé en février 2018. Nous n'avons pas entendu un mot de KPRS de novembre à février. Avancez jusqu'en février lorsque nous contactons KPRS au sujet du paiement et le long de la liste des autres excuses que KPRS nous a données, ils ont dit qu'ils ne nous ont pas payés parce que Meta Housing ne les a pas payés (ce qui n'est évidemment pas dans notre contrat, que notre paiement est sous réserve du paiement du méta-logement) Eric Donnelly, employé de KPRS, est allé plus loin et nous a informés que Meta Housing leur avait «emprunté» 500 000 $ pour faire flotter ce projet, c'est bien! La propriétaire Michelle Coulter a été cc à d'innombrables courriels et n'a jamais répondu. Il y a une poignée de privilèges et de poursuites judiciaires sur ce projet, dire que c'est un gâchis est une sous-déclaration. Meta Housing est une société de jeu très sale et à moins que vous n'aimiez chasser votre argent et payer pour les matériaux, la main-d'œuvre, les privilèges, les dossiers judiciaires, les avocats juste pour être payé, j'éviterais à tout prix!
