Elle m'a informé qu'elles étaient déjà expédiées. Le 14 juin allait et venait et je n'avais pas d'horloge à donner. J'ai alors contacté un directeur général des ventes promis d'aller au fond des choses mais tout ce que j'ai obtenu était une facture dans mon email pour des horloges mais je n'ai jamais reçu. Bien devinez quoi! Aujourd'hui, exactement une semaine après la remise des diplômes, les horloges ont été livrées. Et bien sûr, avec plusieurs appels téléphoniques, personne ne me donne d'instructions sur ce qu'il faut en faire, étant donné qu'ils sont à ce stade inutiles.

J'ai appelé le bureau de poste et il faudrait 30 jours pour déposer une réclamation. California Clock n'enverrait pas une autre horloge parce que c'était la faute du service postal. Ils n'avaient pas ce genre d'intégrité. Achetez votre kit Kat sur Amazon ou un vendeur qui utilise une méthode d'expédition sécurisée. Ces gars-là se passeront la balle !!!! J'ai commandé une autre horloge et je suis à 63 dollars !!
