Service décent, vous énerver sur des tests répétitifs et des photos. J'ai subi une chirurgie au laser à réduction de pression et je ne peux remarquer aucune différence. Pas du tout les meilleures manières au chevet du lit, la plupart du personnel et certainement le bureau !!!!

J'avais l'autorisation et j'ai appelé cet endroit pour prendre rendez-vous. La réceptionniste a demandé mes anciens dossiers et a dit qu'après avoir reçu les dossiers, le docteur Harrup devait les parcourir et prendre une décision si elle voulait me voir ou non. J'ai demandé à mon autre médecin d'envoyer mes dossiers aux chirurgiens oculaires de Californie. Ensuite, j'ai rappelé la deuxième fois des chirurgiens oculaires de Californie pour voir s'ils avaient examiné mes dossiers. Le réceptionniste a pris le téléphone et a dit qu'il me rappellerait dans 30 minutes. laisser moi savoir. Personne ne m'a rappelé. J'ai appelé les chirurgiens oculaires de Californie pour la troisième fois. Je devais tout expliquer, de la mendicité et lui rappeler tout à partir de zéro. Ensuite, elle a dit que nous devions revoir les dossiers et vous rappeler. J'ai attendu 2 jours de plus, rien entendu à nouveau, alors je les ai rappelés. La même réceptionniste a répondu au téléphone qui m'a mis en attente pendant un moment et elle est revenue et elle a dit: "Désolé monsieur le médecin a examiné vos dossiers et a dit qu'elle ne prend pas de patient adulte maintenant à cause de Covid-19." Je lui demande mais vous saviez de mon autorisation et de mon premier appel de jour que je suis un adulte, alors pourquoi vous ne m'avez pas dit le premier jour que je suis un adulte et le docteur harrup n'accepte aucun patient adulte? Les réponses de la réceptionniste que le médecin a dû examiner d'abord vos dossiers. J'étais choquée et je n'ai trouvé aucun lien entre l'examen de mes dossiers et mon âge pour que le docteur Harrup prenne la décision de me voir ou non et cela n'avait aucun sens pour moi. C'est un acte de discrimination car après avoir examiné mes dossiers, ils me disent que nous ne voyons pas de patient adulte. Je ne recommanderais cet endroit à personne car ce sont des escrocs et ils ont un problème de gestion profond.
