C'est la première fois que je commande avec le groupe Canada Manda. J'ai passé une commande de 10 livres pour les vacances plus d'un mois à l'avance. La personne qui m'a parlé n'a pas passé ma commande et je ne m'en suis rendu compte que 2 semaines plus tard. Elle a prétendu que ça pouvait être ma carte de crédit. Elle a vérifié, ce n'était pas le problème. Elle a juste oublié de passer ma commande. Ensuite, nous avons essayé à nouveau. Elle a dit que la commande était passée et que je devrais la recevoir la première semaine de décembre. Il est déjà le 10 et je n'ai pas reçu de numéro de suivi et aucune réponse de leur part. Je commande avec Rain Coast bien après et leurs livres sont arrivés si vite. Aussi leur représentant des ventes a répondu tout de suite. Je ne commanderai plus avec Manda Group. Je commanderai plutôt avec Raincoast. - Je comprends que ces temps sont durs, chargés et que des erreurs peuvent survenir, mais après une erreur, nous attendons un peu plus d'un service client.
