Capital women's care - howard county Revoir

I had an appointment at Capital Women's Care - Howard County last week and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and modern, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommended.

Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçu du temps d'attente, car j'ai dû attendre plus longtemps que prévu avant de voir le médecin. Le médecin était compétent et attentif, mais je me suis senti un peu pressé lors de la consultation. Du côté positif, le personnel administratif était efficace et le processus de facturation s'est déroulé sans problème. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience était moyenne. J'ai apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel et l'environnement propre, mais j'espère qu'ils pourront travailler à réduire les temps d'attente et à accorder plus de temps aux consultations des patients. J'envisagerais de revenir, mais avec l'espoir d'une amélioration dans ces domaines.
