Un excellent service client et de bons prix. Ils ont rendu très facile de faire des affaires. Ils m'ont aidé à choisir un tapis approprié et ont fait une installation très professionnelle en moins de 24 heures. Leur installateur a commencé à temps, a terminé à temps et a fait un excellent travail sans drame ni surprise.

Nous avons utilisé Carlos Carpets deux fois. Une fois en 2015 lorsque nous avons terminé notre sous-sol et installé de la moquette pour la première fois. Une deuxième fois en 2020 lorsque nous avons remplacé le tapis dans la petite chambre.

Debbie et ses collègues de Carlos Carpet ont bien pensé et conçu une solution d'escalier pour notre escalier de 16 marches permettant à tous les membres de ma famille (y compris mon teckel miniature) de se sentir en sécurité en montant et en descendant. Oh, au fait, c'est magnifique aussi ! L'installateur était poli et un artisan assez qualifié.
