Mon histoire commence donc par la recherche d'une nouvelle maison. J'en ai finalement trouvé un et les vendeurs m'ont donné une feuille indiquant que cette maison était située dans un quartier qui offrait une subvention de 4 000 $. La feuille indiquait que je recevrais une subvention de 4 000 dollars pour aider aux frais de clôture. Eh bien, je suis resté en contact et quand je suis allé rendre mes papiers, Brenda Yaritz a dit qu'il restait encore des fonds pour une subvention supplémentaire. Elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas gareentee les fonds si quelqu'un d'autre les utilisait mais ce n'était pas le cas dans ma situation. Cette nuit-là, j'ai remis tous les documents et le lendemain matin, ils ont envoyé un courrier électronique indiquant que le neiborhood n'avait pas renouvelé son contrat et que les fonds disponibles ne devaient pas être utilisés pour cela maintenant. J'ai demandé quand le contrat a pris fin mais je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse. Ils me l'ont dit en octobre, donc les contrats ne durent évidemment pas pour toute l'année. Il n'y a rien sur la feuille qui indique la fin du contrat. Il indique juste pour l'année 2019.

Ils m'ont aidé à obtenir un prêt pour remplacer le panneau électrique de ma maison. Ils sont géniaux!
