Des gens très sympathiques, mais l'un des agents du nom de John fait des affaires louches et ne révèle aucun problème avec les propriétés. Il y avait une infestation de moisissure sur la propriété. Ils devraient me divulguer des informations comme celle-ci avant que je perde mon temps ... à côté du moule, il y a de nombreux problèmes avec la propriété qui n'ont pas été mentionnés. Il est triste que l'agent séduise un acheteur potentiel et attende à la dernière minute pour vous indiquer la liste de 2 pages des problèmes et des correctifs à apporter. Le plus gros coup de pied dans le cul était que l'agent essaie de vendre une propriété qui ne peut pas être vendue jusqu'à ce qu'une affaire judiciaire massive soit réglée avec le voisin d'à côté. Sonne comme un endroit idéal pour vivre ... non?
Étonné du niveau de secret et de non-divulgation. Je suis presque sûr que vous enfreignez la loi de l'État ... Je serais très prudent en faisant affaire avec ces personnages Shady. Si vous avez un mandataire comme moi, il vous donnera les détails. Si vous n'avez pas d'avocat, VEUILLEZ LIRE LEURS CONTRATS SHADY AVANT DE SIGNER!
