J'ai commandé un ensemble d'étapes de piscine à un autre concessionnaire, mais les étapes ont été effectuées par cette société. Nous ne les avions utilisés que 3 fois puis le pied de mon mari est passé par la 3ème marche provoquant une méchante entaille, j'ai contacté le concessionnaire et ils ont envoyé une nouvelle série d'escaliers ... devinez ce qui s'est passé de nouveau! Ce sont les escaliers olympiques ACM-123 pour piscine hors sol, ne les achetez JAMAIS parce qu'ils sont de la merde. Exécution très de mauvaise qualité. Je leur donne 1 étoile juste pour les vis en acier inoxydable.

Problèmes de naufrage de la lumière LED. L'entreprise était un élément du problème. Les télécommandes de remplacement n'étaient pas prêtes, m'ont envoyé une autre télécommande du même. La nouvelle saison ne fonctionnera toujours pas, seulement 2 LED bleues et un flash rouge
Hors garantie, je n'ai jamais dépensé autant d'argent sur un produit pour ne fonctionner que des mois et sortir.
