En septembre 2020, j'ai acheté et installé à la société halakatevakis climatisme pompe à chaleur 16 KW refroidissement chauffage avec ventilo-convecteur à Maroussi. Dès le début, un ventilo-convecteur ne fonctionnait pas. Le technicien en automatisation qui a démarré la pompe a dit qu'il prendrait quelque chose et reviendrait. "Ne voyez pas Panagi." Bien que j'aie contacté plusieurs fois pour résoudre le problème, aucune réponse n'a été donnée. Maintenant, le 6 novembre, l'hiver est arrivé et une pièce est fermée, car c'est comme un réfrigérateur et l'enfant dort sur le canapé du salon. Tout cela un mois après l'installation de la pompe. J'imagine ce qui va se passer si j'ai besoin de quelque chose après 5 ou 10 ans.
edit 29Déc 2020: Dès que le froid est arrivé, j'ai travaillé sur la pompe. Les deux thermostats d'ambiance ne fonctionnent pas correctement. Maintenant, je dois avoir le thermostat à 30 degrés et quand la pièce se réchauffe, je dois l'éteindre. Normalement, le thermostat devrait être à 22 et quand il descend à 19, il devrait se rouvrir automatiquement. Ils ont dit qu'ils le changeraient. J'attends encore. Déception. J'ai donné 12000 euros pour une photo. J'attendrai encore un peu et je ferai appel hors cour.
