J'ai ouvert le fromage quelques jours après l'achat pour constater que la moisissure avait complètement consommé mon fromage. J'ai appelé le numéro indiqué sur google pour la ferme d'entraîneurs. Au lieu de simplement émettre un remboursement ou de m'envoyer un remplaçant, ils ont procédé à la collecte de mes informations 3 fois. La première fois que quelqu'un était censé me rappeler, ils ne l'ont pas fait, j'ai rappelé le lendemain, la personne s'est excusée et a dit qu'elle était occupée et m'a demandé si j'avais contacté le vendeur auprès duquel j'avais acheté, je leur ai dit que leurs informations étaient les seules J'avais. Elle mentionne le nom du gars et dit qu'elle l'appellerait parce qu'il est censé s'occuper de tout ça. Elle a dit qu'ils allaient résoudre ce problème et que j'obtiendrais un remboursement ou un fromage de remplacement, elle m'a dit qu'elle me rappellerait plus tard dans la journée pour expliquer comment ils ont décidé de procéder. 3 semaines plus tard, je n'ai toujours pas été contacté. Hey Coach Farms Pour info, vous êtes le producteur du fromage, s'il s'agit de moisissures en croissance un mois complet AVANT la date d'expiration, il est dans votre intérêt de RÉPARER IMMÉDIATEMENT le problème, de ne pas enchaîner un client et de donner un million d'excuses, c'est une seule pièce de fromage, je vis dans le même état, le coût de remplacement du fromage est beaucoup moins cher que la presse négative que vous venez de recevoir.
