CHV a fait des recherches incroyables et a rédigé une réponse très détaillée et professionnelle qui m'a fait perdre l'IRS, ce qui m'a fait ne rien devoir. CHV a facturé des frais très raisonnables et s'est montré très sympathique, solidaire et réactif. Ils sont également très rapides, professionnels et raisonnables dans la préparation de mes impôts chaque année.
TraduitHorrible depuis le début. Peu ou pas de service client. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises chaque année sur combien CHV allait facturer mais CHV a dit qu'ils «prendraient soin de moi». Fin de l'année, j'ai été giflé avec une grosse facture qui était bien au-dessus du taux en vigueur. Les déclarations de revenus ont été déposées tardivement, même si tout a été remis à temps. Impossible de mettre la main sur quiconque au CHV qui peut prendre une décision. 2/3 personnes avec qui j'ai travaillé à CHV sont parties. Ce que vous attendez d'un cabinet comptable, vous ne le recevrez pas chez CHV. Les trois membres de ma famille sont maintenant partis.
