Tony Rhodes est un ami de longue date à travers le groupe d'amitié et le réseau des copains de golf. J'ai toujours entendu des choses merveilleuses sur Tony par l'intermédiaire d'amis. J'ai été très impressionné par le professionnalisme, la gentillesse, l'amour et le soin de Tony lorsqu'il a consacré son temps tout au long de notre processus de recherche de propriété. Il a travaillé sans relâche pour nous assurer et nous montrer toutes les propriétés disponibles, mais à la fin, à travers d'innombrables conversations et réunions, il a su ce qui était bon pour nous et ce qu'était notre rêve et sur quoi notre cœur comptait. Il a travaillé sans relâche avec nous et dans les coulisses malgré de nombreux obstacles et des conditions parfois pas si agréables avec des personnes déraisonnables pour nous aider à fermer la propriété que nous possédons maintenant, réalisant enfin notre rêve! Il est même allé au-delà après l'achat pour réparer et remplacer les éléments manquants qui nous auraient laissés sans en raison du manque d'étiquette raisonnable des propriétaires précédents.Nous avons énormément de respect pour Tony dans tout ce qu'il a fait pour nous et le recommandons vivement en tant qu'agent à tous ceux qui souhaitent acheter une propriété à Ottawa ou dans les environs.

Service médiocre, j'ai contacté deux de leurs agents pour planifier une visite, et les deux ont cessé de répondre après avoir déclaré que je n'avais pas l'intention d'amener mon agent à la première présentation. J'ai également envoyé un e-mail à l'entreprise directement, je n'ai jamais obtenu de réponse. À l'avenir, je resterai loin d'eux car ils détournent des acheteurs potentiels sans aucune raison.
