Cette année, ils ont menacé d'envoyer mes fonds dans l'État du Colorado car mon compte n'était pas actif depuis trois ans ou plus. Je suppose que les e-mails qu'ils m'ont envoyés et les 1099 qu'ils m'ont envoyés n'étaient pas considérés comme une activité. On me dit maintenant que je dois avoir un formulaire signé et notarié pour avoir accès à mes fonds. Je pensais qu'avoir un compte en ligne serait plus facile que cela a été très irritant et prend plus de temps que de marcher jusqu'à la banque la plus proche. Désolé, j'ai jamais ouvert le compte.

Une personne en direct répond au téléphone immédiatement pendant les heures ouvrables et les e-mails sont renvoyés très rapidement. J'avais un compte du marché monétaire là-bas pendant 9 ans, et lorsque leurs taux d'intérêt sont devenus trop peu compétitifs, j'ai finalement fermé ce compte. Lorsque leurs taux de CD sont récemment devenus plus élevés que ceux des autres banques, j'étais heureux d'ouvrir à nouveau un nouveau compte chez eux.
À l'autre critique ici - je ne vois aucune indication que vous ayez déjà essayé de communiquer avec eux au sujet de vos avis d'inactivité. Loi du Colorado: "présumé abandonné à moins que le propriétaire, dans les cinq ans, n'ait: ... (b) Communiqué par écrit avec l'organisme bancaire ou financier concernant la propriété".
