Il y a des mois, j'avais contacté cette entreprise par e-mail pour lui demander de fixer un rendez-vous pour visiter l'un de leurs appartements, sans réponse. Des mois plus tard, j'ai appelé la société pour voir ce même complexe d'appartements et on m'a dit qu'il y avait un appartement disponible à voir et que quelqu'un ferait une visite avec moi le lendemain. J'arrive au complexe d'appartements à l'heure et personne n'est là. J'appelle donc la société et ils me disent que non seulement personne ne viendra, mais que le complexe d'appartements a déjà été loué plus tôt dans la journée (je n'ai reçu aucun appel à ce sujet et mon rendez-vous était dans la soirée), après avoir pris hors du travail et conduit une heure et demie pour le voir. Je suis juste étonné du manque de professionnalisme. Personne au téléphone n'a proposé d'alternative ou n'a suggéré d'autres appartements disponibles ... Je viens de recevoir un "c'est un malentendu".

Remarquez comment ils ne vous disent pas qui possède ou gère cette entreprise? La raison en est qu'ils ne répondent pas. Ne louez rien de cette foule. Ils prennent votre argent puis réduisent les services sans service client. Cet endroit doit être étudié.
