Ils nous ont vendu un système de caméra analogique à un prix personnalisé, mais c'était un kit emballé et le travail d'installation était décevant. Lorsque l'analogue ne fournissait pas la qualité, ils nous ont dit que nous devions mettre à niveau pour obtenir une meilleure qualité. Donc, au lieu de nous mettre à niveau vers un appareil photo numérique, ils nous ont mis à niveau vers un autre appareil photo analogique (confirmé par le fabricant). Nous avons appelé et parlé avec un Anthony (?) Qui n'était vraiment pas très gentil et nous avons demandé au propriétaire de nous rappeler, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles de personne. Plus tard, nous avons découvert que Comtec utilise désormais des claviers «verrouillés», ce qui signifie que si jamais vous changez pour une autre société de surveillance, vous devrez remplacer tous vos claviers et quelques autres pièces. Nous sommes des clients fidèles depuis de nombreuses années, mais après avoir découvert que nous avons maintenant payé plus pour un système de caméra analogique obsolète et que nous aurions pu avoir un système entièrement numérique bien meilleur pour encore moins, nous prenons une entreprise ailleurs.
