Je crois que le Dr Solymanijam a à cœur les meilleurs intérêts de ses patients. Cependant, d'après mon expérience, son membre du personnel, Jackie n'est pas du tout une personne orientée vers le service à la clientèle ou empathique. J'ai l'impression qu'elle en a assez de traiter avec les gens. Lors d'une récente conversation téléphonique où elle m'a appelé pour fixer un rendez-vous de suivi, la date qu'elle a proposée était bien au-delà de la fin de mon traitement de 6 semaines sur ordonnance. Quand j'ai essayé de lui expliquer que je pensais que le Dr avait dit précédemment, "nous vous verrons à la fin de votre traitement de prescription", c'est-à-dire 6 semaines, elle est immédiatement passée dans un mode défensif et robotique dans lequel elle n'arrêtait pas de répéter (au moins 8 à 10 fois) "le médecin a dit 8 semaines" comme si je ne l'avais pas entendue les 8 premières fois. Pire encore, elle utilisait en fait la répétition comme une stratégie pour m'interrompre et m'interrompre pour m'empêcher délibérément d'expliquer mon inquiétude et de ne pas me permettre d'entrer un mot. Elle ne voulait tout simplement pas l'entendre. Deux semaines peuvent ne pas sembler une grande différence, mais je prends des médicaments pour lesquels vous n'êtes pas censé vous arrêter brusquement, mais plutôt diminuer lentement pour minimiser les risques de lésions organiques. Finalement, je lui ai dit que je voulais parler directement au Dr car elle ne me permettait pas de transmettre mon inquiétude pour qu'elle puisse l'expliquer au médecin. Finalement, elle a accepté qu'il me contacte directement et raccroche brusquement. Quel cauchemard. Comme si l'incertitude de mon état ne suffisait pas, j'ai le stress de traiter avec quelqu'un qui semble blasé par la nature interpersonnelle de son travail, c'est-à-dire fournir des soins de soutien aux patients et un service à la clientèle de haute qualité. Sur la base de cette expérience, elle ne convient pas à cet aspect de son travail et nuit à la réputation du bureau.
